Channing Tatum had modest goals for his "Run the World (Girls)" Lip Sync Battle -- performing with a cardboard cutout of Beyoncé. He got the real thing instead.
Tatum told Ellen DeGeneres that he had never actually met Queen Bey prior to the taping. And apparently, she barely even interacted with the actor and his wife, Jenna Dewan, during the show.
But she had good reason, and texted Tatum later to say, "Hey, I would love to meet you guys and hang out when you’re not looking like me, it's so terrifying."
