Baseball Fan's Chest Hair Sign Is Beautifully Creepy

Sports fans can be crazy. Sometimes they'll rush a baseball field at the All-Star Game because their Twitter post was retweeted 1,000 times. Sometimes they'll almost win $4.5 million off an NFL superstar. Sometimes they'll just be vile, ugly Internet trolls.

Then, other times, they'll do, well ... this: A Pittsburgh Pirates fan attended Monday night's away game against the Washington Nationals with a very special sign supporting his hometown team, which is alternately known as the Bucs. "LET'S GO BUCS," his message read in all caps.

Wait a minute -- that sounds pretty normal, right? Here's the catch: The message wasn't scrawled on some flimsy piece of cardboard; it was actually shaved into the man's copious chest and belly hair.

Luckily for the rest of us, Twitter and Instagram users were naturally at the game, and all too willing to share the man's hairy show of team spirit. Behold:

Now this guy is real a @Pirates fan. pic.twitter.com/eJ3mHHtUWA— Madeline Marshall (@Maddie_Marshall) July 22, 2013

But, guess what? Apparently this is not our hero's first rodeo. According to The Washington Post's DC Sports Blog, which first spotted him on Monday night, he did the same thing at a Pittsburgh Penguins game in the NHL playoffs a few years back. He then repeated the feat at another Pens' playoff game just this May.

Is this guy's chest-hair signage awesome or disturbing? Give us your take in the comments.
