Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel apologized for the 2014 police shooting death of Laquan McDonald, but protesters still want his resignation. In a rally on Wednesday, demonstrators called for Cook Count State's Attorney Anita Alvarez, who has come under intense scrutiny for her office's role in the investigation, to step down as well.
