Chili's Grill & Bar fired a cook after he posted topless photos of himself posing inside the restaurant's kitchen, ABC Action News reports.

The photos were originally publicly posted to Facebook and featured Justin Speekz posing shirtless inside the restaurant in Valrico, Florida (though he was wearing an apron). The pictures have since been removed or made private.
Two of the sexy pics show Speekz laying on a table where your delicious Bottomless Tostada Chips are prepared.
In addition to labeling the photos "Sexy Cooks Of Chili's," Speekz also tagged the restaurant in the post.
ABC Action News showed the photographs to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the organization that regulates the restaurant. However, they did not believe any violations had taken place because the photos didn't depict any food being prepared.
Chili's wasn't so chill about the whole ordeal, though. The restaurant fired Speekz for posting the photos.
"Chili's clearly does not encourage this type of behavior in our restaurants," a Chili's spokesperson told ABC in a statement. "We maintain very high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness and took immediate steps to ensure the restaurant continues to follow these requirements. Additionally, we ended this team member's employment after learning of his conduct."
A surprise inspection yielded no serious health violations.
Don't worry, though. Speekz has a backup plan: He's also a rapper.
