Perhaps it was looking for the eucalyptus stash?

The Hamilton Base Hospital in western Victoria, Australia, had a surprise visitor on April 20, when a koala casually wandered through the emergency room. No one noticed a thing, as he checked out various parts of the room. Then the electric doors opened for the little guy and he went on his merry, waddling way.

Captured by security cameras, the video was posted on Facebook by the hospital. "You never know who's going to stroll through the doors at the Hamilton Base Hospital. Our very own Blinky Bill pays a visit to the ED waiting room," it wrote.

The animal doesn't seem phased at all, Western District Health's chief executive Rohan Fitzgerald told the ABC. "He seemed to know exactly what he was doing," she said. "Normally we don't have people come into our emergency department that are less than a foot tall."
