Aisikaier Wubulikasimu is a 42-year-old Chinese professional tightrope walker who has taken death-defying walks twice a day for the past five years in a theme park located near Kunming in southern China's Yunnan province.

He says, "Since I started tightrope walking as a child I haven't worn any safety equipment. Now, many places require us to wear safety equipment in case there is an accident, but we don't like it."

Since starting to perform in junior high school, Wubulikasimu has broken four world records.

He hopes to pass along his talents to a new generation and keep the tradition alive.
