Spring has sprung at China’s Chaya Mountain as 10 different types of tulips bloom across a farm creating abstract formations reminiscent of a pointillist painting.

The majority of floral farms in China, according to Daxue Consulting, are small and consist of family members unlike larger farms like Holland — known as one of the biggest flower producers in the world. A recent report from the Economist valued China’s stake in the global flower market at around 4%. Exporting flowers to Europe or America is costly so over two-thirds are sold in Asia.

A bird's eye view catches the incredible formation of the blooming season.
