The new Ghostbusters team has just landed a hot blond receptionist -- Chris Hemsworth.
Director Paul Feig subtly tweeted out the announcement, posting a photo of Hemsworth with the caption "Our receptionist. #whoyougonnacall." The Avengers actor, better known to most as Thor, will be joining the core all-female cast: Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Leslie Jones, Cecily Strong and Kate McKinnon.

The much-hyped film is a remake of the 1984 comedy classic about a ghost removal service. It starred Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson and Sigourney Weaver.
Hemsworth's role continues the film's new tradition of gender-swapping the cast. In the original film, perpetually-bored receptionist Janine Melnitz was played by actress Annie Potts.
The Paul Feig remake is slated for a 2016 release.
