Coldplay frontman Chris Martin is a little nervous to play the halftime show at Super Bowl 50 this weekend -- as he absolutely should be, since he has to share a stage with Beyoncé.

But his daughter, Apple, gave him a pep talk. Martin told reporters at a press conference for the big game on Thursday that the mini-Martin offered up some wisdom for his game day jitters: "Dad, the worst that could happen is that you’ll get turned into a meme.”

This is an accurate worst case scenario, both for the Coldplay singer and potentially his daughter. But it's not exactly comforting, because no one is safe from memefication. Prepare for your new life as Left Shark du jour, Martin.

Nothing like father/daughter love. Happy Father's Day to you, CAJM . Here is to all the engaged and present fathers, you create a backbone for society. We honor you all today A photo posted by Gwyneth Paltrow (@gwynethpaltrow) on Jun 21, 2015 at 1:58pm PDT

It is in Martin's best interest to make sure the muscles in his face don't contort in an unflattering way. Sudden movements are also not advised. It's also really not too late to back out -- Beyoncé can handle this on her own.
