Google's Chromebook Pixel And Other News You Need to Know

Welcome to this morning's edition of "First To Know," a series in which we keep you in the know on what's happening in the digital world.

Today, we're looking at three particularly interesting stories. Google gave the tech world a bit of a surprise Thursday when it revealed the Chromebook Pixel: a high-end chromebook with a touchscreen that’s on par with Apple’s retina screens. Zendesk reported it was hacked on Thursday, and the security breach spilled over on Twitter, Tumblr and Pinterest. Finally, a reminder to be careful what you tweet: Rodrigo Ferrari Prieto might face jailtime after he set up an account parodying chilean businessman Andronico Luksic.
