There's nothing like a good photobomb between friends.
Claire Danes surprised Lena Dunham on the Emmys red carpet Sunday evening, photobombing her on live television. Danes snuck up behind Dunham while the Girls actress was in an interview with Ryan Seacrest.
Dunham seemed beyond excited to see the Homeland star, quickly reaching and hugging her on camera.

The actresses later told Seacrest that they were old friends, huge supporters of each others' work and loved hanging out on the red carpet. And then they fake kissed, because why not?

Dunham and Danes were both nominated for Emmys this year -- Dunham for lead actress in a comedy and director in a comedy series and Danes for lead actress in a drama.
