Clearspring, the widget developer, has officially opened its community platform up for development.
This free service enables you to create widgets for your business that perform across platforms, and offers tracking tools as well. Clearspring also plans to open more if its APIs to increase cross-platform capabilities, but for now, the efforts are going towards working with other developers to create an open platform based on a community for widget development. The community is complete with available documentation, a forum and a new blog to keep you updated.
