Your squad will adore this fizzy twist on a mimosa

It's the morning of the big family dinner and you are expecting everyone to arrive in two hours.

You need to keep your strength and prepare yourself for your mother's barbs about why you aren't married yet.

It's time for a clementine mimosa.

Just freshly juiced clementines, sparkling wine (use prosecco or cava instead of expensive champagne) and a splash of fragrant St. Germain, an elderflower liquor.

Clementines are especially juicy and sweet in the colder months and are a fun spin on the traditional orange juice used in mimosas.

Some say the perfect ratio is 3:1 juice to champagne. Depending on how loud your brother is fighting with his girlfriend, you might want to switch that ratio around.
