CLIQ is a new blogging tool for bloggers to help each other gain visibility by driving traffic to each other's sites. Built on the offermatica platform, you join the site and then join a cliq. These are the people you help, and will in turn help you. Cliqs can be private or public, and you can only be member to one cliq at a time.
By collectively linking to related blogs and articles across the net, you're effectively strengthening the discussion around a given topic, and boosting each other in the process. This is very similar to how techmeme works. Bloggers promote each other with the use of the Cliq javascript widget, which can be placed on your blog.
