At the fictional Angels Memorial Hospital, the ER at the center of CBS's upcoming medical drama Code Black, time is always of the essence.

There's always an emergency, there are always more patients than resources and every day is a new chance to make a life or death decision.

But the doctors and staff there wouldn't chose be anywhere else.

This new poster, which you're seeing first on Mashable, introduces some of those people.

From the left, you have Marcia Gay Harden as Dr. Leanne Rorish; William Allen Young as Dr. Rollie Guthrie; Luis Guzman as Jesse Salander, a senior nurse who manages the residents; Bonnie Somerville as first-year resident Christa Lorenson; Benjamin Hollingsworth as first-year resident Mario Savetti, a first-year resident; and Raza Jaffrey as Dr. Neal Hudson.

Melanie Kannokada and Harry Ford also star.

The series doesn't premiere until September 30, but you can check out the previously released trailer below. It was a favorite at the CBS Upfront presentation, when the network first unveiled the show.
