It turns out that Comic Con is a bigger player in the fashion game than we thought.
Scheduled on the heels of international fashion shows spanning from New York to Paris, the convention's characters boasted looks that were perfectly aligned with the major runway trends of the season.

1. Baby blue
Light blue looks at Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Altuzarra, and Max Mara
A grumpy care bear, pastel Chewbacca, and robot in ski goggles all rock the color of the season.
2. Tuxedo dressing
Menswear inspired tuxedos stomped the runways at Au Jour Le Jour, Emanuel Ungaro, and Mugler.
Jokers and villains dressed up in their finest threads.
3. Unexpected color combos
MSGM, DKNY, and Delpozo styled unlikely hues together.
Two-toned cat suits and painted bellies stay true to runway color pairings.
4. Bold graphics
In-your-face graphics ruled the runways at Versace, Opening Ceremony, and Christian Dior.
