Parallel parking isn't easy for for everyone. And for some people, even plain old parking is difficult.

Anonymous tipsters (who have yet to grasp the concept of filming videos horizontally) filmed 77-year-old U.S. Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton trying to park her car in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday.

"If she parks like that, she should not be a member of Congress anymore," you can hear someone saying in the video.

After Norton gets out of her car, she heads back, and for a moment we thought she'd adjust her parking job. But she was just getting something from her vehicle.

A representative for Norton told Heard on Hill that the red SUV Norton had struck was assessed and no damage was found.

"We left a note with a business card so the congresswoman could be contacted in case we missed any," Norton's aide said.

Norton was not immediately available for comment.
