Consumer Reports: AT&T Ranks Last in Satisfaction, Again [VIDEO]

For the second year in a row, AT&T ranks the lowest in customer satisfaction among the top four cellular carriers, according to Consumer Reports. Verizon, on the other hand, ranked the highest for the 66,000 people surveyed.
