To make the most of your day at the beach, bring an umbrella, sunblock, towels, snacks, refreshing beverages and hundreds of corgis.

If you can't swing the last one on your own, you probably should have made it out the July So Cal CorgiBeach Day, where over 800 stumpy-legged cuties soaked up the sun over the weekend. That's up from April's event with 500 stumpy-legged cuties in attendance.

The more athletic pups splashed around the ocean, but the beach bums had a great time, too.

Dogs came to the event sporting sunglasses, bandanas, scuba gear, pirate costumes and wigs. But of course, plenty of confident corgis showed up in the nude.

It's a bummer the weekend's over and they all had to go back to their boring offices Monday.
