NASHVILLE -- Mashable traveled to the CMT Awards and put country artists on the spot, forcing them to rap the classic '90s theme song for The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

Always ready to impress, Carrie Underwood performed the entire tune by heart after winning the night's Video of the Year award for "Something in the Water."

Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Frankie Ballard and Aloe Blacc also tried remembering the lyrics to Will Smith's enduring rap song.

"I have had a shot of whiskey," Bryan quipped after stumbling on the lyrics.

Other musicians, including Sara Evans and Mickey Guyton, weren't afraid to read from a lyrics sheet to countrify one of TV's catchiest tunes. Meanwhile, Hunter Hayes beatboxed and ad libbed his rendition, wrapping it up with, "I'm gonna go play guitar now."
