None of those will ever be answered, but you can pretend like they are in a caption contest. The image is from San Diego's local news station, NBC 7.
"One of our reporters snapped the photo and emailed it to the newsroom while she was out in the field," says Michelle Wayland, social media manager at NBC 7.
