The blog ads network CrispAds has been sold for an undisclosed price.

The company originally attempted an eBayquisition with a starting bid of $90K, but they don't seem to have received much interest. At that time - September 2006 - they said they had served 145 million impressions in the entertainment category per month plus 118 million impressions in the technology category. At a starting price of $90K on eBay, however, they couldn't have been making a great deal of money.

The buyer hasn't been named, but this would likely be a good match for a blog network that wants to run its own PPC ad platform.
