This is exactly why you can't believe everything you read on the Internet.

With customers nit-picking service and finding just about anything offensive, it's nice to know there's a customer service maverick out there who's saying exactly what we're all thinking.

Comedians Ben Palmer and Nick Price are putting whiners in their place by dishing out some not-so-PC advice with a fake customer service account on Facebook. Their "helpful" support is documented on their site WeHopeThatHelps.com, where they claim to provide "the most outstanding customer service possible" (read: telling the customer what we're all thinking).

The parody account doesn't seem to care about the companies it goes after, targeting only the customers most deserving of a harsh reality check.
