This Irish teenager's short film about cyberbullying has a powerful message

Luke Culhane's video about the dangers of cyberbullying may only be a couple of minutes long, but it packs one hell of a punch.

The 13-year-old Irish filmmaker created the short film to tie in with Safer Internet Day -- an event that aims to promote online safety among young people.

"I have been cyberbullied myself and understand firsthand the impact it can have on a young person's self esteem," Culhane told I Love Limerick.
