“Fans of all ages have been waiting in anticipation of Daniel’s star ceremony," said Ana Martinez, who produces the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies, in a statement. "They are constantly asking when it will happen. Finally, we have him here in Hollywood, and we are proud to dedicate his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame."

The dedication of Radcliffe's star, the 2,565th star on the walk, will take place in front of the Dolby Theatre. Guest speakers will include Chris Columbus, who directed Radcliffe in the first two Harry Potter films, and comedian Chris Hardwick of @midnight. Hollywood Chamber President and C.E.O. Leron Gubler will dedicate the star.

Radcliffe has been working continuously since wrapping the Harry Potter series. He will appear on screen next as Igor in Paul McGuigan'sVictor Frankenstein, alongside James McAvoy.

The dedication will take place on Nov. 12 at 11.30 a.m. PST, and there will be a live stream. It won't be the first time Radcliffe's left his mark in Hollywood -- in 2007, he and fellow Harry Potter stars Emma Watson and Rupert Grint were invited to leave their hand, foot and wand-prints outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
