LONDON -- The UK is a haven for stargazers. From the Isles of Scilly to the Isle of Skye, the country is covered in darker patches less spoilt by streetlights and perfect for mapping out the Milky Way.
From a city centre, you might see about 100 stars with the naked eye. But venture outside, under a really dark sky, and you could see more than 1,000. Dark Sky Discovery mapped out the best places to go stargazing.
