UPDATED June 13, 12:57 p.m. ET: Following Dave Grohl's leg injury during Friday's concert in Sweden, the Foo Fighters are canceling two upcoming shows.
The band made the announcement Saturday on its website, saying, "While the full extent of Dave’s injuries are still being determined, it was confirmed at a post-show hospital visit that he sustained at least one fracture."
The Foo Fighters will no longer be performing on June 14 at the Pinkpop Festival in the Netherlands, or on June 16 at the AFG Arena in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
Foo Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl broke his leg during a concert in Gothenburg, Sweden, on Friday, but finished the performance anyway because he's punk rock as hell.
A fan video from the show captured Grohl being tended to onstage, apologizing into the microphone and explaining what happened.

"I think I just broke my leg," he shouts into the mic. "So look, you have my promise right now that the Foo Fighters, we gotta come back and finish the show, but right now....I'm going to go to the hospital."
The singer apparently broke his leg after falling off the stage during the second song, eyewitness say. Fan photos from the concert show Grohl falling and later being tended to by a medical worker.
The band also tweeted a picture of Grohl's X-ray.
