Look-Alikes David Bowie and Tilda Swinton Star in Steamy Music Video

Scottish actress Tilda Swinton's unique appearance has been compared to David Bowie's look. A Tumblr blog even exists to showcase their uncanny resemblance. Now they star -- oddly, as a married couple -- in Bowie's risqué video for "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)."

The lovers leave a grocery store and soon notice they're being stalked by a celebrity couple, played by Andrej Pejic and Saskia De Brauw. At one point, Pejic joins Bowie in bed.

The video, directed by Floria Sigismondi, is supposed to depict "a twenty-first century moment in its convergence of age, gender and the normal/celebrity divide," according to a description posted on Bowie's Facebook page late Monday night.

Sigismondi also directed Bowie's "Little Wonder" in 1996 and "Dead Man Walking" in 1997.

"The Stars (Are Out Tonight)" is the second single from the 66-year-old rocker's forthcoming The Next Day album, which is scheduled for a March 12 release.

The first single, "Where Are We Now?", was the first song from Bowie in a decade, and it quickly topped iTunes singles charts in eight countries in January.
