Someone get David O. Russell a wet-nap.

The Joy director caused confusion online when he appeared to touch up a lipstick stain left on his cheek after a kiss from frequent collaborator Jennifer Lawrence at the 2016 Golden Globes.

During her acceptance speech for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture — Musical or Comedy for her role in Joy, she professed her love for Russell, saying she hopes they'll be buried side-by-side.

Permanent lipstick stains and shared crypts? Looks like Russell and J.Law are in it for the long haul.

Can we all pause & take in the fact David O. Russell has NOT wiped off #JLaw 's lipstick mark yet? #GoldenGlobes pic.twitter.com/qzJ4jYaniu— Kaylan Brett (@kaydbrett) January 11, 2016
