Vice President Dick Cheney made a Texas-sized fashion statement when he showed up to the dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Center wearing a cowboy hat.
Sure, the gathering of the five living U.S. Presidents was a historic moment, but Twitter couldn't stop talking about that hat.
