It's time to go back.

With that proclamation, Disney has released the first snack-sized teasers for Alice Through the Looking Glass, the sequel to 2010's Alice in Wonderland.

The 10-second teasers show the same vibrant visuals that defined Tim Burton's first film, as well as the motif of ticking, chiming clocks. The film's first promotional posters embrace it as an adventure in madness.

The film is based on Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There, which takes place six months after the titular heroine's adventures in Wonderland. Alice wonders what lies beyond the mirror and ends up in yet another abstract world. Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp, and other cast members reprise their roles, with notable newcomers such as Sacha Baron Cohen, Rhys Ifans, and Andrew Scott joining in.

Alice Through the Looking Glass hits theaters in May 2016.
