Disney has finally revealed the voice of its next princess.
Auli'i Cravalho, 14, of Mililani, Hawaii, has been cast as the voice of Moana, the titular star of the studio's upcoming film. Dwayne Johnson, who also stars in the film, announced the news with a lengthy Instagram post.
According to casting director Rachel Sutton, Cravalho was the last girl she saw on the last day of auditions. Talk about a lucky break!

Moana tells the story of a young girl who sets sail for a mysterious island, joined by a demi-god named Maui (played by Johnson).
Disney has been making a concentrated effort to diversify its princess world. Moana, which takes place in the South Pacific 2,000 years ago, is just the latest example: The studio is taking special care to respect the South Pacific culture, even consulting with Samoan spiritual elders for this film.
Cravalho's casting news also comes a few months after Fifth Harmony member Dinah Jane revealed that she had also auditioned for the role. The Polynesian singer happens to be pretty good friends with the Rock because his daughter, Simone, is a big fan of the girl group. She even popped up on Johnson's Instagram feed a month ago.
Had a blast with my girls! Bringing in my daughter Simone's birthday with endless love and crazy fun and celebrating with her sis @dinahjane97 of FIFTH HARMONY's album going PLATINUM and their new VMA nomination. Crazy thing is with all the cool success that surrounds these two, they're the most grateful, humble and hard working young girls around. #ProudPapaBear #LoveYall #BirthdayGal #WorthItVMA #AndTheyAreAlsoToughAsHellToo A photo posted by therock (@therock) on Aug 19, 2015 at 7:49am PDT
But cheer up, Harmonizers: Even though Jane isn't Moana, she might snag a voice role in the film before it's all said and done.
Moana will hit theaters on Nov. 23, 2016
