LONDON -– There's a new challenge quickly picking up steam on social media. It involves a ball, a goal and a lot of falling over.
#Dizzygoals basically means attempting to take a penalty after spinning quickly round a ball 13 times. Which doesn't sound too bad -- though judging by the efforts of Gareth Bale and Gary Lineker, who have already filmed themselves doing the challenge, it's a lot trickier than it seems.
The challenge is part of a campaign by The Global Goals, which aims to raise awareness for the sustainable development goals to which world leaders plan to commit themselves come September.
Here's Gareth Bale's effort.

And here's Gary Lineker's attempt.

Clearly taking inspiration from the success of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, The Golden Goals is aiming to spread its campaign through social media.
