Watch The Onion's Hilarious Ad For Dodge [VIDEO]

If the presentation above is to be believed, The Onion has some hot fall programming up its sleeve. (I can't wait for Pretend Truckers.)

However, the real purpose of this video is to promote the Dodge Dart. The nearly 3-minute video includes two not-so-subtle plugs for the vehicle.

Dodge, which is trying to reach Millennials for its Dart vehicle, is sponsoring The Onion's YouTube Channel. The brand's creative team worked closely with The Onion Labs group to "create an ad that highlights the Dart but is also great content for their viewers," a YouTube rep says.

Did they succeed? Well, it's certainly funny, but a line during a clip from Voight Hunters (as in Jon Voight) sounds a bit clunky: "Dodge Dart is perfectly designed to find Voight. Safely and quickly."
