Brave Dog Rescues Companions From Canoe [VIDEO]

Two dogs stranded in a canoe floating down the river were rescued by their heroic four-legged friend. Though the event appears to be staged, as you can hear the trainer coaxing the dog to "rescue," the two dogs in the canoe don't seem to know any better.

Watch as the other dog instinctly throws the rope to the rescuer. Staged or not, it's a sweet trick -- especially if you can hardly get your own dog to jump in the water. Perhaps that's where this pig learned how to be a hero too.
