Downton Abbey actors' American accents are like, super perf

What would the grandiosity and high-society leanings of Downton Abbey be without its signature British-ness? Or, as Stephen Colbert dared to ask the visiting cast members, what if the series was filmed all in American accents -- like super, hella American accents?

On Wednesday night, The Tonight Show host welcomed Allen Leech, Michelle Dockery and Hugh Bonneville to try out a more casual, West Coast read of some of the show's lines -- Call it something like if SNL's "The Californians" met PBS's Masterpiece Theater.
