Late Monday, Justin Bieber Instagrammed a year-old picture of him and Selena Gomez canoodling on an ATV -- sending Jelena shippers into a frenzy of speculation that the on-again, off-again couple are officially on-again. Bieber corrected his fans, though, reassuring them it was just a throwback. In turn, he apparently disappointed the biggest Jelena 'shipper of all: Drake.
