LONDON -- A British publishing house is promoting the release of Stephen King's new book, The Bazaar of Bad Dreams, in the most Stephen King way possible -- by asking people to send in descriptions of their strangest nightmares so they can be turned into creepy illustrations.

Hodder & Stoughton, who will be publishing King's latest collection of short stories on Nov. 3 in the UK, posted their request on Twitter earlier in the week.

Throughout the week they've been sharing surreal images of dreams they've been sent.

And, finally, the impressively creepy.

"We've been reading all the submitted dreams and visualising the most weird and wonderful ones each day," said Laura Davies, a creative working on the project. "We have a truck full of skinned poodles coming next!"

The dream illustrations, which are in the style of the new book's cover artwork, have been drawn by illustrator Seb Chaloner.
