A Shanghai man drove his car into a barrier at the U.S. consulate on Feb. 12, injuring a military police officer. The 35-year-old driver, who was slightly injured, was confused and spoke incoherently, according to a statement from Chinese authorities. Further investigation is underway, but police said he wasn't under the influence.
