LONDON -- This is taking multi-tasking to dangerous levels.

A cyclist has captured a driver in Aberdeen, Scotland, at the wheel of his hefty Land Rover, with his earphones in, mobile phone in hand and an open, switched on laptop beside him.

"Not only he's not paying any attention to the road, I suspect he's not even on this planet," the uploader Aberdeen Cycle Cam says.

When the driver spots the cyclist who has a helmet cam on, he puts the phone down before driving on.

Described as a daily cycle commuter, Aberdeen Cycle Cam says the YouTube channel is about naming and shaming bad driving on the streets of Aberdeen City and Shire.

"Don't want to be a star in my videos? Don't endanger others. Drive properly, don't be impatient and don't be rude. Simple!"

A growing number of cyclists in the UK are using helmet-mounted cameras to capture bad driving. Footage from these types of cameras have even been used to convict motorists of driving offences.
