UPDATE: Dropbox has confirmed to Mashable that the site is back up and running after experiencing a widespread service disruption this morning. "We apologize for any inconvenience that might have been caused," a Dropbox rep said. "Dropbox is back to normal."
If you had trouble accessing your files on Dropbox this morning, you're not alone.
The cloud storage service experiencing a widespread outage, according to Is It Down Right Now and complaints from users. Dropbox's support account on Twitter first noted the service disruption nearly an hour ago:

Dropbox has not said what the cause of the outage is. The company did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
