Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson -- actor, professional wrestler and walking mass of muscle and sinew -- recently shed light on his daily "diet."

We want to emphasize the word "diet" because this list is more so a catalog of a cruise ship's entire buffet offerings.

Based on what Johnson told Muscle & Fitness, he eats about as much as your average Grizzly bear preparing for hibernation. Considering that The Rock is essentially all muscle, we don't even want to think about his workout.

The info about The Rock's seven daily meals, below, may make you feel a little bit better about your Taco Bell addiction.

36 ounces of cod

This includes a 10-ounce slab of the fish every morning.

6 cups of white rice

I have eaten maybe three cups of vegetables in 2015 so far.

A dozen eggs

This includes two eggs in the morning to go with his fish, and a 10 egg omelette (made with egg whites) before bed.

This, of course, is just a sliver of Johnson's diet. Additional meals include an 8-ounce steak and 24 ounces of potatoes. The actor also stated that he "consumes 32 ounces of Gatorade."

The Rock: part actor, part actual monster, all muscle.
