Last week, a passenger airplane en route to Venezuela caught fire at a Florida airport, sending 22 people to the hospital.

On Wednesday, the National Transportation Safety Board said an initial investigation into the fire found a disconnected fuel line on the plane, and now the airline's maintenance records are under scrutiny.

Dynamic Airways had only flown the plane 240 miles since leasing it from KMW Leasing in September. Prior to that, the plane had sat in dry storage for more than two years.

When the plane was taken out of storage it should have received a thorough maintenance check, but the NTSB did not say if that happened, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

The fire did not come into the aircraft's cabin, however several passengers were injured during the emergency evacuation: One was seriously injured while 21 others had minor injuries out of 101 total passengers and crew on board.

NTSB is continuing its investigation, and has already interviewed the two pilots and nine cabin crew who were on board. The flight data recorder and cockpit recordings are under review, as is the "fuel line coupling assembly" that was disconnected.

In the meantime, Dynamic said that it will be inspecting the rest of its fleet.
