The MasterCard® Center for Inclusive Growth will have a presence at Mashable’s sixth annual Social Good Summit Sept. 27-28 in New York City, and representatives from the organization want to hear your ideas about improving worldwide economic inclusion.

Since its inception nearly two years ago, the Center has worked with governments, academic programs, non-profits and businesses to make the world a better place and empower people through inclusive economies. It has helped provide micro-entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to join the formal financial economy.

And there’s no better place than the Social Good Summit to connect with like-minded organizations and individuals fighting for the same positive causes.

During the two-day event at the 92nd Street Y, the Center will be putting a philanthropic twist on MasterCard®’s Priceless® Elevator Pitch, an initiative used at past events as a contest where startups can pitch their big ideas in 60 seconds or less. For the Social Good Summit, the Center has taken out the competitive aspect, and replaced with an opportunity for people working for an organization that is enacting a plan to end poverty.

The Social Good Summit itself centers around Mashable’s annual tradition of bringing together world leaders, grassroots activists and global citizens to examine the impact of technology and new media on social good initiatives around the world.

Event speakers will include Kathy Calvin, president and CEO of the United Nations Foundation; Actor and Dell Social Good Advocate Adrian Grenier; and many more.
