LONDON -- Most of us don't enjoy commuting during rush hour and it seems that former Labour leader Ed Miliband is no exception.

He was snapped looking unhappy on a recent journey by fellow passenger Rob Crego, who shared the image to Twitter Thursday morning with the caption: "This guy on my train won't stop staring at me. He must follow me."

Crego, 25, was on his way home from work when he realised he was in the same train carriage as the politician. The clinical researcher moved a little closer and snapped him as he directly looked into his camera screen.

He admitted to Mashable that he is actually an Ed Miliband supporter, so when he spotted him on the Northern line, he could't resist taking a cheeky snapshot. "It was definitely rare to see the ex leader of the opposition party on a train, which is why I took the photo," he said.

Crego's tweet was retweeted hundreds of times and the Photoshop work has already begun.

It seems Miliband's become a bit shy since the last election - he kept his head down and checked out his iPad for the rest of his journey.
