News of the decision quickly spread via social media, which protesters first used to organize anti-Mubarak protests, and has since become an integral part of turmoil in Egypt and across the Middle East. Some protests and demonstrations have been spotted in the capital of Cairo, but they haven't yet reached the scale seen before Mubarak was overthrown.
