Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla, gave a sneak peek at a new car on Wednesday night on Twitter, and his wording led to a few giggles.

The Tesla Model D is expected to be the newest car in the company's lineup, joining the flagship Model S sedan and the upcoming Model X SUV. The company is also preparing its Model 3 in an attempt at offering a cheaper, mass-market automobile.

Musk tweeted a picture of the front of a car, adding that the company also has "something else" brewing.

Details about the D, however, are scarce. CNET's Tim Stevens, who is currently reporting from the Paris Auto Show, said the D was nowhere to be seen.

BTW, Tesla has a big booth here in Paris, but they did not give me the D. Shame, as I was really looking forward to seeing @elonmusk's D.— Tim Stevens (@Tim_Stevens) October 2, 2014

Others just took the chance to crack a few jokes.

Musk claimed that the lewd joke was unintentional, that he found the jokes in good humor.

I love the Internet. Comments had me literally ROFL. No, it wasn't intentional. Glad I didn't mention the other letter!— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) October 2, 2014
