Is that Sweets-sized wound in your soul starting to heal up, yet?
Well, prepare to have it ripped open again by Emily Deschanel in the video, below. It's unintentional, of course, but it's impossible not to feel a pang of sadness while hearing the Bones star recount some memories between her character and Sweets (played by John Francis Daley) who was beaten to death in last week's season premiere.

Thursday's episode of Bones found the team finally getting some justice for their late friend, and in the end, a little closure.
The hour also featured a very Jeffersonian-esque memorial service in which the team paid tribute to Sweets, and honored all he did for them (for Brennan and Booth, that included bringing them together romantically).
