Here Woody Allen goes again with the May-December relationship in a romantic comedy-drama, this time between 25-year-old Emma Stone and 53-year old Colin Firth in Magic in the Moonlight.

Allen's follow-up to Blue Jasmine centers on a spiritual medium (Stone) who is the target of a professional debunker (Firth). Convincing as she is, even the serially skeptic Firth begins to believe ... in love? Okay, so they don't explicitly hook up in this first full trailer, but it sure looks like it's going that way.

The possible romance/swindle adds another title to Allen films featuring older men paired with younger women, a topic his personal entanglements have never stopped him from touching upon before -- from 17-year-old Mariel Hemingway with a then 42-year-old Allen in 1979's Manhattan to the 40-year age difference between Evan Rachel Wood and Larry David in 2009's Whatever Works. And points between. Many, many points between.

Magic in the Moonlight also brings Allen back to the Jazz Age, the era of Best Picture Oscar-nominated (and Best Original Screenplay winner) Midnight in Paris (2011), which is something to be jazzed about indeed.

The Sony Pictures Classics release opens July 25.
