LOS ANGELES -- Will this be the year the first Netflix web-only series wins a major category at the Primetime Emmys? If so, the company will make history.
But if Facebook buzz is any indication, Netflix's House of Cards, Arrested Development and Hemlock Grove won't trump the stars and shows from cable or network TV networks. House of Cards did, however, win two awards at the Creative Arts Emmys last week.

This year, three Netflix shows earned a total of 14 nods. It is the first time that the television academy nominated an original series hosted online instead of on cable or network TV.
